They turn up on time on the day agreed and work well beyond a full day : if a particular stage is not complete they work late( for no extra charge) to complete it before leaving. If they uncover an unexpected obstacle they correct that before proceeding (again usually with no extra charge.) D&G always clear up after their work and cart off any waste produced. The site usually looks cleaner after they leave than before they started!
